Terrorists’ Plan

The leaders of a dozen Latin American terror groups, some of which have taken part in recent diplomatic kidnappings, are planning to hold a secret meeting in La Paz, Bolivia, “to co-ordinate action,” according to a senior security official in Santiago, Chile. The meeting is being organised by terrorist organisations from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Columbia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, he says.—Santiago, April 7.
