OYSTER COCKTAIL

This should be served in Individual cocktail or sweets glasses. To Make One Cup of Sauce You Will Need: i cup sweet mayonnaise (the type made from condensed milk is excellent) i cup tinned tomato soup i teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauee 1 teaspoon lemon juice Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste Fresh oysters Method: Plsce required number of oysters tn each glass and just cover with the cocktail sauce. Garnish with tiny sprigs of parsley or tiny triangles of thinly sliced lemon. Serve well chilled.
