PUBLIC NOTICES WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL REVOCATION OF RESERVATIONON SECTION IN TUCKERS ROAD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Waimairi County Council under the provisions of Section 18 of the Reserves and Domains Act, 1953, intends to make application to the Minister of Lands for the reservation for recreation purposes on Lot 1, D.P. 20573, R.S. 290, Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, to be revoked. The land concerned .is situ- ; ated in Tuckers Road on the cast side of the Northcote School and has an area of 33.6 perches. It is intended to incorporate the land in the reading pattern for a subdivision. Any person objecting to the proposed revocation shall set forth such objection in writing and shall send same within 28 days from the date of the first publication of this notice, addressed to the County Clerk, Waimairi County Council.
