A bungalow at 150 Mackenzie Avenue, on a section of 27.2 perches, was sold for $6OOO at auction yesterday by Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd. The Government valuation is $5850. A- wooden house at 31 Devon Street was sold for $4500 by Mr D. O. Chapman, of Ford and Hadfield, Ltd. The property is on a 28-perch corner section. The Government valuation is $3300.
