Supreme Court Decrees Nisi In Divorce
Decrees nisi in divorce, on the grounds listed, were granted by Mr Justice WilSon in the Supreme Court yesterday on the following undefended petitions:— Two Years Separation.— Eric Sidney Fostyn Holland, a company director and member of Parliament (Mr A. D. Holland), v. Janet Mary Holland (Mr B. J. Drake). Four . Years Apart.—Joan Marion Allan (Mr Drake) v. Thomas Duncan Allan, a Waikari sheepfarmer (Mr Holland). Discharges From Bankruptcy Discharges from bankruptcy were granted by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday to Neil Joseph Nevin Cook, a salesman (Mr W. J. Irving), and Graham Kenneth Bryant, a shop assistant (Mr l D. J. Marshall), Neither application was opposed by the Official Assignee (Mr J. B. K. Curran).
