Draw Made For Series Last season’s southern league champion, Technical, and the Chatham Cup finalist, New Brighton, have been drawn in separate sections for the 1970 pre-season Du hr: floodlight soccer tournament at Rangers Park. Brighton is in section one, with Christchurch City and the host club, Rangers, while Technical is grouped with Shamrock and Western in section two. The draw' for the tournament, made yesterday, is:— February 26: 7 p.m.. City v.j Brighton: 8.30 p.m.. Western v.; Shamrock. March 5: 7 p.m., Rangers v. Brighton: 8.30 p.m.. Technical v. Western. March 12: 7 p.m.. Shamrock v. Technical; 8.30 p.m., City v. Rangers. March 19: 7 p.m., section runners-up to play for third place; 8.30 p.m., section winners to play for first and second places. March 24: 7.30 p.m.. tourna ment champion v. Christchurch United.
