All Black In U.S. "The Press” Special Service WELLINGTON. !' The former All Black cap-1 tain, P. B. Vincent, of Canter-! bury, is performing Hercu-i lean coaching tasks in San J Francisco, according to the; former American Ambassa-;! dor to New Zealand (Mr J. F. Henning). In a letter to a Wellington newspaper. Mr Henning gives ' details of St Mary's College’s', Rugby record this season! under the direction of Mri! Vincent. St Mary’s is Mr '■ Henning's old college. The team is so far unbeaten, defeating Oregon State University, 8-0, in the! last game. “Pat had me out on the field immediately after the; game to meet his boys,” Mr Henning wrote. “He said not' even New Zealanders play tighter schedule than his! team undertook in the past week." The team played four games during the week—on Sunday. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday—against Chico, State University (20-0), Santa! Clara University (17-0), Ore-gon-University (8-3), and Oregon State University; (8-0). "Pat is a great coach,”, wrote Mr Henning. “Sty Mary's has a student body, of less than 1000 men. Oregon and Oregon State would' each have more than 10,000.” J
