FAREWELL TOUR
Sir Charles Elworthy (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 6. Marshal of the Royal Air Force, Sir Charles Elworthy, Chief of the Defence Staff, will leave London for a farewell overseas tour on February 11. He will visit British forces in Cyprus, the Persian Gulf, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Bermuda. He will be meeting service chiefs in Australia, New Zealand and Jamaica for discussions and will be visiting the United States Commander-in-Chief Pacific, in Hawai. He will return to London on March 11.
