Kicking Law “Success”
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. The prediction that the experimental kick-into-touch rule will be written into the laws of Rugby is made in the Auckland Rugby Union’s annual report. Commenting on last season's successful club season, the report said that the more open, exciting Rugby was almost certainly brought about by the experimental law.
