Warsaw Talks To Resume

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) WASHINGTON, Feb. 5. The second meeting between the United States and China in the renewed series of talks in Warsaw will be held on February 20, and diplomatic observers in Washington believe that the two sides have substantial business to discuss. A two-year suspension of the talks ended on January 20 with the meeting between the United States Ambasador (Mr Walter Stoessel) and the Chinese Charge d’Affaires (Mr Lei Yang). Before the suspension, there had been 134 meetings between American and Chinese officials in Warsaw and Geneva.
