Oyster Quota Smaller
(N.Z. Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Feb. 4. A quota of 115,000 sacks of oysters for the 1970 season has been agreed to between the Secretary of Marine (Mr R. N. Kerr) and the industry as the result of a meeting last night. Last year's quota was 121,000 sacks, but because of weather interruptions that quota was not filled. The quota for 1968 was! even greater, 155,000 sacks,' but that also was not achieved.
