Assault At Toilet (N.Z. Press Association> HAMILTON. Jan. 30. The Hamilton Magistrate’s Court was told today that a boilermaker * struck a local clergyman in the face outside a city toilet because he thought the man had been peering at him inside the convenience. Frederick James Voice, aged 27. of Hamilton, admitted assaulting the minister, whose name was suppressed. He was fir.ed $lOO by Mr T. 8. 1 Mooney. S.M. Sergeant G. F. Wicks said the complainant was leaving the toilets in Hamilton’s railway car park on Wednesday afternoon when he was followed and struck in the face by Voice.
