MAN GAOLED FOR TAKING KETCH
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Jan. 29. Peter Joseph Marsh, a 32-year-old unemployed fisherman, was today sentenced to nine months imprisonment for unlawfully taking the 55ft ketch Nereides from its Westhaven moorings on January 7. Marsh, who had admitted the charge, appeared before Mr H. Y. Gillian, S.M., for sentence.
