Lavatory Signs Changed

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 8. Britain’s Race Relations Board has instructed authorities at London Docks to replace 50-year-old lavatory signs which say “Europeans only" and “Asiatics,” the “Sunday Telegraph" reported yesterday. The board has insisted that the signs be changed to "pub-: lie.” An official explained: “There is nothing wrong with different lavatory systems as long as signs refer to the type of lavatory and not the person using it”
