STRICKLAND STREET NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Christchurch City Council held on Monday, the 20th day of October, 1969, the following resolution was passed and it will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, the 17th day of November. 1969. at 8 at the City Council hambers, 194 Manchester Street: “PURSUANT to the provisions of Sections 170 and 189 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, and all other amendments thereto in that behalf enabling the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to lay out as public street the land shown coloured yellow on a plan to be deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Christchurch and described in the fallowing Schedule: Schedule All that parcel of land measuring 15 links x 157.7 links or thereabouts shown coloured yellow on a plan to be deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Christchurch and being the balance of C.T. 201/119, in the name of the Spreydon Road Board.” M.
