SINATRA WANTED
Cosa Nostra Investigation (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) TRENTON (New Jersey), Oct. 15. A warrant was issued yesterday for the arrest of Frank Sinatra for failing to appear, though subpoenaed, before a State commission investigating Cosa Nostra activities in New Jersey. The warrant issued by Judge Frank Kingfield, of the Superior Court, at the request of the State Investigation Commission, can be served on the singer only in New Jersey. Sinatra was bom in New Jersey and his mother, a widow, lives there. Andrew Phelan, executive director of the commission, said that the commission had not decided whether to seek a stronger warrant enabling the arrest of the singer outside New Jersey boundaries.
