The constitution of the board of Noble Lowndes (N.Z.), Ltd, has been changed after the retirement of Messrs R. Cubie, R. L. Lowndes, L. F. Rudd and W. C. Smith. Mr W. D. Barclay has been appointed chairman, and Mr B. P. Hopkins of Turner Hopkins and Partners, and Mr A. E. Foucar, managing director of Noble Lowndes International, Ltd, have joined the board.
Mr E. A. T. Thopipson, manager of the sports department of Gollin and Company, Ltd, has been appointed a director of Gollin Sports, Ltd, franchise holders and local manufacturers of Spalding
golf equipment. Mr O. J. Dumbell has been appointed sales manager of the sports department of Gollin and Company, Ltd, working from Gollin’s Auckland office.
