C.O.R.S.O. Clothes
Since the decision had been made to cease C.0.R.5.0.’s annual clothing drive, people had been responding very well in bringing in clothes, the area organiser (Mr R. H. French) said last week. About 10 bales of good quality clothes were being packed in Christchurch every week, he said, and if this level could be maintained C.0.R.5.0. should have' enough for its needs. In one week alone 12 bales of clothes worth about $lO,OOO had been packed to be sent to Bombay and Hong Kong.
