BOY DROWNS
(N.Z, Press Association) HAMILTON, October 13. A seven-year-old boy was drowned in a lagoon at Whiritoa Beach, near Whangamata, yesterday. He was Marc Robert Twyford, a State ward, of Otahuhu. The police said the boy was visiting the beach with an Auckland family. When it was realised he was missing a search was mounted and the body was found at 3.15 p.m.
