Negotiations were completed today, the company’s secretary (Mr C. M. Hercus), said in Invercargill tonight “Dominion Breweries have accepted an offer to acquire the assets of the South Island Wine and Spirit Company, and the company will distribute Dominion Breweries products and agency lines,” he said.
