Six books and a magazine have ben referred to the Indecent Publications Tribunal by the Comptroller of Customs (Mr V. W. Thomas) for decisions whether they are indecent The books are “Sons of Sun and Health” by Doris Milward and “Sons of the Sun” by A. Baege, both published in England, and “The Secret Diary of Ho Chi Minh's Daughter” by Lanb Ba, “Bestseller” by Toni Freedman, “Mistress of Bayou Labelle” by Lou Cameron and “My Secret Life With Older Women” by James Blaine, all published in New York. The magazine is “Evergreen Review No. 66,” published in New York.
