Property Secs The net profit of Property Securities Ltd, for the year to July 31 will be not less than $93,000, the directors announced in a preliminary statement This is an improvement of about 36 per cent on the $68,162 earned last year. A final dividend of 4 per cent will be recommended. This makes the year’s total 7 per cent, an increase of 1 per eent.
