The Rotorua lock, M. Maniapotp, will today become the first player to represent the Bay of Plenty Rugby team 100 times, in the match against Hawke’s Bay at Whakatane. A Maori All Black and a New Zealand trialist, he has piaffed 128 first-class fixtures in all.
