(N.Z.P.A. Staff Correspondent) SYDNEY, Aug. 15. Seventy - eight Australian taxpayers earned 8100,000 or more in the 1966-67 financial year. According to income statistics released with the Budget, this is an increase of 18 on the previous year. The total income of this select group, after deduction of expenses, was $12,688,000, of which over half went to the tax collector. A total of 2524 Australians earned $30,000 or more, and 64,354 earned more than $lO,OOO.
