Durham Tragedy A runaway single-decker bus crashed into a house at Consett, in County Durham, yesterday, killing 16 people and injuring 26. Snow In Sydney Sixty-mlle-an-hour winds and an inch of rain swept Sydney last night, causing widespread damage. And within a radius of 80 miles, to the south and west, there were snowfalls of up to five inches.
