PRICE OF MILK
No Change Expected (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 13. The national average price for town milk in the coming season would be unchanged, the Minister of Agriculture (Mr Taiboys) told the Town Milk Producers’ Federation at its annual meeting today. Mr Taiboys announced the national average price for town milk in the coming season. The finest grade milk will average 22.906 c a gallon. The price of first grade milk will be 21.236 c a gallon, and second grade milk will be 17.906 c a gallon.
