No Quorum Of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of George Murray Waerea, aged 34, a driver, of 80 Harman Street, was adjourned sine die by the Assistant Official Assignee (Mr L. Anderson) on Tuesday because of a lack of a quorum. His statement of affairs showed that he had 17 unsecured debts worth $1263 and no assets. He gave as reasons for his bankruptcy a car accident in which he was held liable for damages, time off work because of a recurring back injury, and some periods without work.
