Boon Hay Leading Table Tennis

Moon Hay retained the lead after beating Wallabies, 9-3. during the thirteenth round of the senior table tennis competition last night.

G. R. Saunders led Boon Hay with three singles wins, but the highlight of the contest was the play of the improving N. B. Radford, who scored wins over M. R. Spinks and J. J. Weir. In a close contest, Avonside I emerged victors over Linwood I 7-5. Ling Nan Ming (Avonside) avenged his loss against K. Cassidy In the first round, and also defeated J. Mitchell and M. Flewellen. A. Renwick gave a good dlsfilay to win all his matches and ead Avonside II to an 8-4 win over Linwood 11.

In the remaining contests. Rlccarton I beat Dallington. 8-4, find Selwyn defeated Rlccarton 11. 11-1.
