The equipment includes hydro-electric and diesel engined generating plant, launches, laundry and kitchen equipment central heating plant, water supply, etc. Unskilled assistance is available as necessary and outside help can be called upon for planned overhauls, etc. Any appointment will be for a maximum of two years with the right of renewal for further periods of one year.
