Game For Taylor

N.Z.P.A. special correspondent) LONDON. The Canterbury all-rounder, B. R. Taylor, will be New Zealand’s representative in the annual Bass-Charring-ton single wicket tournament to be played at Lord’s tomorrow and on Friday. Nine test players are taking part. Taylor will meet H. Latchman, of Middlesex, in a preliminary round. If he wins this game he will play G. J. Rope, of Surrey. Among notable players in the tournament are G. S. Sobers, E. R. Dexter, R. G. Pollock, and R. B. Simpson.
