George Moore Recovering

(N.Z. Press Association) SYDNEY. The Sydney jockey, George Moore, is making good progress in St Vincents Private Hospital in recovering from the injuries he received when thrown from a horse at Canterbury last Wednesday. “He is now quite comfortable,’’ a bulletin stated yesterday. He suffered a fractured collarbone, finger and a cracked pelvis in the fall. Yesterday a heart specialist, Dr H. Windsor, examined him but found no cardiac problems.
