Norma’s Lass, which will be ridden by W. D. Skelton, is at her best in wet ground. She is also a distinct form prospect after her second to Ramlegh last time out in the Winter Oats at Trentham. Mystery Man, runner-up last year, and the improving lightweight, Master Spy, are expected to offer Norma's Lass most opposition. The second leg of the double is the Flockhart Hack Cup, in which Champion Road will Lave a big following. Larnaka and Legal Ruler might be the dangers in what appears to be quite an open field.
