Supreme Court Adjourns
The Supreme Court in - Christchurch adjourned sit-! tings for 15 minutes yesterday as a mark of respect to I Mr Hanan. , Mr Justice Macarthur, whoi presided at a brief sitting of 1 the Full Court at 10 a.m., said 1 that as there would be a cerel mony in a few days in the • Supreme Court at Wellington ’ at which tributes would be 1 paid to Mr Hanan, it was not ! considered appropriate that ■ there be a separate ceremony of the kind in Christchurch.
