TENDERS TRAILWAYS MOTEL (TIMARU) LIMITED RESTAURANT CONCESSION TENDERS are invited by applicants interested in the opration of a restaurant concession at Trailways Motel (Timaru), Limited. The 34 unit Motel is at present under construction at Timaru overlooking Caroline Bay, and is expected to be ready for occupation by the end of this year. The concession will be for an initial period of three years and the successful tenderer will be required to operate a restaurant primarily for motel guests although he will also be able to cater for the public. A conference and function room is to be erected adjoining the restaurant and this will be available to the successful tenderer to enable him to cater for private functions.
