Upset Caused By Kaiapoi
Kalapol W.M.C. drew level with U.S.A, in the A grade inter-club billiards competition when W. Adams reversed his first-round defeat by R. O’Callaghan. to give Kaiapoi a 2-1 win. L. Rolleston won Kaiapol’s other game, beating D. Collie for the second time this season to continue his run of successes. Richmond W.M.C. gained a surprise 3-0 win over Woolston W.M.C. 11.
