TENDERS CALLED
Restaurant At Mona Vale
Tenders for the running of Mona Vale as a licensed restaurant are being called today. The successful tenderer is asked to give a general description of alterations to the interior of the building and of the furniture he intends to install. In addition, he will have to explain what steps he will take to popularise the restaurant. The Christchurch City Council’s commercial manager (Mr A. I. R. Jamieson) said the terms of the lease state that it is the responsibility of the lessee to apply for a liquor licence, the City Council would give every assistance to such an applica- .
