BRITISH RAILWAYS DEPOT WINS ARCHITECTURAL AWARD.—-This reinforced concrete building, British Railways’ new maintenance depot at Paddington, London, has won for its designers and contractors the Concrete Society’s 1969 award for projects completed in 1968. The building is a complex providing vehicle and plant maintenance workshops and warehouse accommodation.
