Ruapehu Stirring

(N.Z. Press Association? WANGANUI, July 9. Mount Ruapehu, which erupted last month, is reported to be stirring again. An explosion occurred inside the mountain about 7.15 p.m. yesterday and was followed by earth vibrations, which were continuing tonight, said the observer in charge of the D.S.I.R. seismograph on Ruapehu, Mr 3. C. Scobie.
