JACKPOT AT OAMARU
Winning Ticket Produced (N.Z. Preu Auoeiation) OAMARU. The Oamaru jackpot of $11,950, won by ticket number 20/8 D.0.W., Christchurch has been claimed, but the identity of the winner has not been revealed. The winning ticket was produced by a firm of solicitors on behalf of a client “I don’t know who was the more agitated—the secretary of the Oamaru Jockey Club, or the winner,” said a spokesmanfor the legal firm.
