Hprnby Subdivision

Sir.—l wonder if the Civic Trust has considered these few points: (1) the difficulty of obtaining sufficient loans on smaller types of houses; (2) two ' bedrooms, as suggested, would soon be too small for most families, and reselling these homes bring more problems; (3) a number of elderly folk would rather be closer to town for medical and social reasons; (4) other land in the vicinity could become less valuable with this type of settlement in a residential area.—Yours, etc., BELL-BIRD. June 19, 1969.
