Honda Fancied In Sprint At Hastings
“The Press” Special Service HASINGS. Honda and Bluffing are fancied for the T.A.B. concession double, to be run on the Mahora Handicap and Winter Handicap, at Hastings tomorrow. Honda, the runner-up to Chill at Awapuni recently, seems close to the very good form he showed as a two-year-old last season. Although Chill will be one of Honda’s rivals again in the first leg tomorrow, the Tauherenikau-trained sprinter’s strongest rivals might be Redaire and the Riccarton stablemates, Aeolian and Billy Joe. Bluffing, an improver’s fifth at Masterton last time out and an impressive worker in training during the week, should take beating in the Winter Handicap.
