SYDNEY The Sydney stock market has fallen to its lowest level this year. After five days of steady falls the mining section staged a small rally late on Tuesday, but yesterday the market presented a confused picture, with swinging prices which on the average were lower than Tuesday's close. Sellers were attracted when the markets opened firm. B.H.P. fully palds opened 30c lower, but regained 20c to close at 1460 c. All markets closed weak.
