COUNTY OF ASHBURTON The Ashburton County Council being a leasing authority under the provisions of the Public Bodies Leases Act, 1908, offers for lease by public application the land described in the schedule hereto.
The lease is for a term of 21 years and the annual fixed rental for the term is shown in the schedule to this notice. Forms of lease are available for inspection at the county office but the material provisions are for the tenant to pay rates and other outgoings, to keep land and buildings in good order and condition, to comply with the Fencing Act, 1908, and the Rabbits Act, 1955, to keep buildings insured, to obtain the council’s consent to any change of possession.
