“I have had two replies, both from clubs in the top four, asking me for further details. I will contact them when 1 get to Perth,” Nuttridge said last evening. He played his last game for Canterbury on May 28 when he went on as a secondhalf replacement for D. Phillips in the match against the English F.A. touring side. He was converted to goalkeeper by the then Christchurch City player-coach, Mr G. Evans, played for the national under-235, and was chosen for the Asian tour at
the end of the 1966 season. He was a strong candidate for the World Cup squad this year.
