Anadol Sales

The first Turkish car, the Anadol, has now reached the production rate of 90 vehicles a week. The Anadol was designed by the Reliant company of Britain, and is very similar to the Anziel Nova car which is proposed for New Zealand manufacture. The fibre-glass-bodied fiveseater is made near Istanbul. In Turkey, demand for the Anadol still exceeds the supply, and there is a sevenmonth waiting list The Turkish factory is also making Reliant-designed glass-fibre truck cabs.
