Australian Mini "K"
British Leyland is making a bid to capture more of the Australian small-car market, and has released a new Mini model called the Mini K. The car has a 1098 c.c. engine, an all-synchromesh gearbox, a dished and padded steering wheel, improved instrumentation and an alternator in place of the usual generator. In Australia the car costs $l7BO.
