(N.Z.P. A .-Reuter—Copyright) HONG KONG, May 19. President Ho Chi Minh of North Vietnam celebrated his seventy-ninth birthday today. In an editorial in the official newspaper, “Nhan Dan,” released by the Vietnam news agency, the President was hailed as the founder of the Vietnam Workers’ Party. “Every exploit of our people and armed forces on the military, political or economic front is imbued with the spirit of our party and President Ho,” it said.
