Questionnaire Seeks Ideas Of Thinkers

A world "think-in” in the form of a questionnaire designed to tap the inventive inspiration of human minds is being circulated around the world by the University of Victoria, Canada.

“Twenty-five thousand copies of the questionnaire are being circulated in the belief that we are wasting our greatest resource, human inspiration,” says a statement from i the University. It is designed to give everyone and anyone the chance! to pass on his good ideas. 1 The answers received will be assessed and the most useful published in a series of books, papers, and articles. Outstanding thinkers, whatever their academic status,

[may in this way have an impact on those in a position to act, says the statement.

“It is hoped that this project may help to repay society for many of the sacrifices that have been made to support higher education,” it says.

Some of the questions asked in the questionnaire are:— What do you think the Government should do to improve the world around you: what improvements would [you like to see made to any | institution or organisation: [what do you like and/or dislike about cities: have you any suggestions which might improve the use of the world's resources: have you a good idea on any topic to give to i the world.
