(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 6. The second plenary session of the National Development Conference today divided into three committees to begin serious consideration of the more than 650 recommendations before it Committee one, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister (Mr Marshall) has to consider 250 proposals concerning land use, regional development, agriculture, forestry and minerals. Committee two, with the Minister of Finance (Mr Muldoon) as chairman, will deal with recommendations concerning economic management. Government assistance and tourism. Committee three, chaired by the Minister of Labour (Mr Shand) has before it recommendations otr education, training and research.
