IRISH MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT HECKLED—Miss Bernadette Devlin, M.P. for Mid-Ulster, was involved in a series of incidents during the May Day march through London of 15,000 trade unionists protesting against the Government’s White Paper, “In Place Of Strife.” Miss Devlin was shouted down when she tried to address the marchers at Tower HUI, and when she tried to join the head of the parade, a marshal told her she could march, bu t not at the front. Miss Devlin is shown standing silent on the platform after attempting to speak on the Ulster civil rights issue. t
